Based in Seattle, WA, all four members have notched up years of playing roots music. Don and Diane Forsyth fronted Blue Healers, a pseudo blues group who earned a nomination by Seattle Weekly as Best Blues band. Piano and organ player Billy Reed played for many years with Kathi McDonald, who sang on iconic records including Exile on Mainstreet. Billy is also and in-demand player with many of Seattle finest. Among his extensive resume, drummer Marty Vadalabene spent over 20 years as drummer for legendary cajun fiddle player, Doug Kershaw and appeared on classic variety shows as well as sharing the stage with many country music legends. All four have pulled from their contrasting backgrounds to make music that is new but rooted in greasy country, blues and soul with a few side roads.
